We use both the Healgen / Orient Gene Coronavirus Ag Rapid Test or the ACON Biotech Flowflex SARS-CoV-2 Antigen Rapid Test. Both tests have passed full assessment by Public Health England and the EU. Both tests meet the requirements for entry into the UK.

If you're returning to the UK, you will also need to purchase "day 2" ± "day 8" PCR test(s) to be taken after you arrive in England. Check the government guidance to see what tests you'll need.

Important: Our Commitment To You
We have processed thousands of coronavirus tests and deliver results quickly in the vast majority of cases. However, it's important to be clear about what we can and cannot guarantee.
Self-test kits are dispatched by DPD using a next-day delivery service and you will be provided with tracking information. Delays in delivery are rare but, once dispatched by us, we have no direct control over delivery and cannot accept liability for delays. We highly recommend you order test kits well in advance of when you need to take your sample.
We provide as much information about our tests and their suitability for destination countries as possible but coronavirus is rapidly changing and countries may alter their entry requirements at short notice and without warning. We cannot accept liability for costs incurred if your destination country or airline refuses to acccept our test / certificate.
We strongly advise you to check the entry requirements for your destination country before purchasing tests.
We verify results photos throughout the day, seven days a week, and generally send out result certificates within hours of photos being uploaded.
However, please be aware that it can occasionally take longer to send out certificates (up 12 hours), partiuclarly if photos are uploaded at night.
If you haven't received your certificate within 12 hours please check your "spam"/"junk" mailbox before contacting us.
On rare occasions an antigen test can give an "inconclusive" result, particularly if the testing instructions are not followed correctly. In these circumstances we will refund the cost of your test in full.
