Some countries, such as Barbados and Antigua, require PCR travel tests to be taken by a healthcare professional. We have a location in Richmond where you can have your sample taken. Please contact us and we'll be happy to arrange this.

COVID-19 Travel Checklist

  • Travel testing can be complicated so it's definitely worth having a look at our FAQ section below to help answer any questions you may have.
  • Read the government's COVID-19 travel guide.
  • Check the government's list of countries that you can safely travel to without restrictions.
  • Check the testing requirements of the country you're travelling to. Most countries specificy a "test-window" of 3-5 days before arrival or departure in which your PCR test sample must be taken. The Telegraph online have published a useful guide for common destinations.
  • Check what details are needed on your certificate of testing. You can download an example of our test certificate and check that it meets your requirements.

Important: our commitment to you

We have processed thousands of coronavirus tests and deliver results quickly in the vast majority of cases. However, it's important to be clear about what we can and cannot guarantee.

Delivery of Test Kits
Self-test kits are dispatched by DPD using a next-day delivery service and you will be provided with tracking information. Delays in delvery are rare but, once dispatched by us, we have no direct control over delivery and cannot accept liability for delays. Over the Christmas period DPD will be extremely busy and occasionally kits may not be delivered next-day.

Return of Samples
Self-test kits come with a Royal Mail Tracked 24 return envelope to get your sample back to the lab for analysis. The vast majority of samples are delivered to the lab the day after Royal Mail collect from your post-box. However, please bear in mind that last collection times vary and there are no collections (or lab deliveries) on Sundays or public holidays. We have no direct control over samples once they're in the Royal Mail network and cannot accept responsibility for delays in sample return. If your sample is time-critical, please consider either dropping it off in person to the lab or using an alternative courier / delivery service.

Sample Analysis Times
The majority of results are sent out within 24 hours of the lab receiving the sample and over 98% of results are back within 48 hours. However, there could be occasions beyond our control where testing volumes rise suddenly and analysis takes longer. We do not own the lab we work with and have no direct control over this. We can't take responsibility for losses (financial or otherwise) caused by the time between the sample being taken and the result being received. However, we will refund in full any tests that take longer than 50 hours to analyse once the laboratory has received them.

Excellent Customer Service
We pride ourselves on delivering the best customer service experience possible and our customers agree in their reviews on Trustpilot. We will always respond to you quickly and kindly and will always do our best to help you.
